  • To prescreen the candidates through our internal expert panel before sharing the candidates with the clients to minimize time consumption.
  • To ensure that arrangements are set up for interviews and delegations in order to connect the clients with relevant candidates at the best possible locations to further ensure maximum selections in minimum period.
  • To Secure selected candidates with immediate effect in order to proceed with their visa process and subsequent legalities.
  • To clear their complete domestic documentation with regards to their medical tests. Police clearance, visa stamping through the embassy.
  • To arrange a premobilization induction process in order to make the candidate aware of the client's company, their culture and further basic details of the country with regards to the law and other directive principles.
  • To mobilize post all the above operations within the stipulated time frame as directed by the client.
