Though registered under the ministry of Indian overseas affairs of the Government of India in the year 1995, Mustafa International has been established in the year 1986 by Dr. Mustafa Ali Mohammed Punjabi. His contribution to humanity and literature is a well-known personality in not just the overseas recruitment circle but also in the socio-political sphere of the Indian sub-continent. Founder and Chairman of Mustafa International, Dr. Mustafa A Punjabi is also a sitting member of the managing committee of IPEPCEL, a 36-year-old association of recruiters directly in coordination for the ministry of Indian overseas affairs.
